Eligibility and account setup

Use RevenueLancer only if you have legal capacity to agree to these terms and authority to act for the business whose data or accounts you manage. Provide accurate account information and keep it current.

Protect your credentials and use only authorized accounts and workspaces. Signup, confirmation, invitations and recovery are subject to configured authentication processes. RevenueLancer is a business service and is not intended for children.

Workspace ownership and roles

The Owner controls workspace administration and assigns access within the role system. Managers, Sales users and Viewers must act within permitted access; assignment, sharing and hierarchy settings can affect visibility and actions.

Your business is responsible for its authorized users, permissions and access reviews when users leave or change responsibilities. Do not share accounts or bypass business or role restrictions.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and respect the rights of other people and businesses.

• Do not access records without authorization or bypass security controls.
• Do not introduce malware, disrupt the service or compromise connected services.
• Do not use capture, email, messaging or import tools for unlawful activity, spam, harassment or abuse.
• Do not submit infringing content or use another person’s credentials or connected accounts without authority.

Customer data responsibilities

You retain rights and responsibilities in submitted customer and business content. You are responsible for accuracy, authority to process it, lawful communications and required customer notices or consents.

RevenueLancer processes submitted content to provide configured functionality. Review data before importing or sending it and grant appropriate access. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information or payment credentials in general-purpose fields.

Subscriptions, trials and billing

Current public plans are Starter, Growth and Scale, with monthly and annual options. Current regional prices, capabilities and limits appear on the Pricing page and in the purchase flow; these terms do not fix a price.

The canonical trial currently defaults to seven days without a credit card. Availability and terms presented at signup or checkout govern a particular offer. Operational-user entitlements include active Owner, Manager and Sales roles; Viewer access is treated separately. Invited or removed members do not count as active operational users.

Verified payment activates the applicable subscription period and entitlements. Renewal and payment options depend on the available flow; these terms do not promise automatic recurring debits. Review amount, currency, interval and applicable taxes before paying.

Failed payments or expired subscription periods may affect access or entitlements. Payment history and invoices are available where supported. Contact support about changes, renewals, cancellation or refunds; no blanket non-refundable rule, automatic refund or self-service cancellation mechanism is asserted. Applicable mandatory rights are not excluded.

Payment processing

Payments use the provider available in checkout and may be subject to its terms, authentication and requirements. RevenueLancer records payment references and statuses to verify and reconcile purchases.

A pending payment screen is not proof of subscription activation. Check verified status, history and invoices, and contact support about discrepancies. Do not send complete card details or banking credentials to support.

Integrations and third-party services

Supported Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp, Email / SMTP and Website Form connections are optional. You must have authority to connect accounts and process information used by configured features.

Providers have their own terms, permissions, privacy practices and availability. Connections may expire or change; RevenueLancer cannot guarantee permanent external feature availability.

Meta WhatsApp usage charges are billed separately by Meta to your connected WhatsApp Business Account. RevenueLancer does not add a markup to Meta messaging charges.

Intellectual property

RevenueLancer and applicable rights holders retain rights in the software, interface, branding, documentation and original platform content. Service access does not transfer those rights or permit unauthorized copying, redistribution or branding use.

You retain your rights in submitted business data; third parties retain their own rights. General suggestions may improve the service, but feedback does not transfer ownership of confidential customer records.

Service availability and updates

RevenueLancer evolves over time. Maintenance, outages and functionality or provider changes may occur. We seek reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent availability of every feature.

Material changes may be communicated through appropriate notices. This page creates no fixed uptime commitment or service-level agreement.

Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or suspended in response to abuse, security concerns, unlawful activity, unauthorized use or applicable account and payment restrictions. Administrators can also remove membership or adjust roles.

Contact support about closure or termination. Self-service destructive deletion is not currently enabled in Settings. Ending access does not promise immediate deletion of all records; transaction, security or other information may remain necessary as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

RevenueLancer helps organize sales operations but does not guarantee revenue, conversion, sales performance or attribution accuracy. Reports depend on entered, imported and connected data. Business decisions remain your responsibility.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an as-available basis without additional warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory protections remain applicable.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RevenueLancer is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from use of, or inability to use, the service, including outcomes dependent on your data, decisions or external services.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes concerning these terms may be brought before the competent courts in Delhi, India, subject to applicable mandatory rights and jurisdiction requirements.

Contact us first to discuss a concern. This does not restrict your right to seek a remedy available under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

Terms may be revised as the service changes. The revision date appears above, and material changes may be communicated appropriately. Continued use after an effective update may be subject to revised terms where permitted by law; mandatory notice and other requirements remain applicable.
