PUBLIC HELP GUIDE

Reports help

Use reports to review lead health, follow-up discipline, sources, team activity, and recovery patterns.

What it does

  • Review lead, follow-up, source, team and leakage summaries.
  • Filter the visible business data before drawing conclusions.
  • Export only the data and financial fields permitted for your role.

How to use it

  • Start with a question and choose the matching report section.
  • Set dates and filters, then examine exceptions.
  • Open the relevant leads before deciding what to change.

Common checks

  • Compare identical time windows and filters.
  • Check converted revenue and unknown currency values.
  • Different roles can receive different scoped results.

Reports and the Analysis workspace

The route /app/reports presents the Analysis workspace. It summarizes the visible leads, follow-ups, sources, team performance and revenue leakage indicators. These reports are operational summaries, not a replacement for your payment provider’s ledger.

Choosing a report

Team performance is also available in the report’s member-level summaries. Some reports or fields are omitted for Sales. Choose an available section rather than assuming every role should see the owner’s analytics.

  • Overview: headline health, follow-up discipline and visible trends.
  • Leads: status, conversion and pipeline/value summaries.
  • Follow-ups: due, pending, missed and completed work.
  • Leakage: at-risk leads, reasons and estimated exposure.
  • Source performance: conversion, revenue, expense and return where financial access permits.

Date ranges and comparable periods

  1. Set the date range before comparing totals.
  2. Use the same period, business and filters for both views.
  3. Check the report’s context: lead creation, follow-up due dates and dated spend represent different events.
  4. Record the chosen range alongside an export so another person can reproduce the review.

Filtering by source, team and outcome

The Filters controls include Status, Source, Team member when allowed, Pipeline stage, Conversion and Follow-up performance. Additional value and risk controls narrow the operational question.

Apply one or two filters at a time and read the active-filter indicators. A filtered result is not the business-wide total; clear filters when switching questions.

Reading follow-up discipline

Compare completed work with total visible work, then review pending and missed tasks. A completion rate is only useful alongside a consistent date window and enough tasks to form a meaningful pattern.

  1. Identify missed work and the responsible member.
  2. Open the relevant task or lead for context.
  3. Complete actual work or set a realistic next action; do not mark tasks complete simply to improve the report.

Pipeline value and recovery indicators

Pipeline value estimates open expected deal value. Converted revenue represents recorded converted outcomes. Revenue leakage estimates potential exposure among at-risk leads; it is not confirmed lost revenue or a guarantee of recoverability.

Use the risk reasons to prioritize a human review in Recovery. Check lead age, lack of ownership, delayed follow-up and stage movement before deciding whether the lead is still active.

Source and team interpretation

Use source reports to connect lead outcomes with tracked spend; use team reports to identify work requiring attention. Neither view proves why a customer converted or assigns blame for a missed outcome.

Sales receives its permitted work without source financial fields or team revenue analytics. Hierarchy and access can affect manager results. Compare scope as well as numbers.

Exporting a filtered report

Export permission and financial-field restrictions still apply. A download is not a way around a role restriction.

  1. Choose the report and set filters to the data you intend to share.
  2. Use the available Download CSV or Excel control in that report.
  3. Review the exported columns and row scope before sending it outside the business.
  4. Re-run with the same filters if you need a later snapshot; exports are not automatically kept in sync.

Troubleshooting

A report number looks wrong

Reset filters, align the date window and compare the underlying visible records. Check whether you are comparing expected value with actual converted revenue.

The report looks stale

Refresh the page and review provider sync timing where ad data is involved. Check that the underlying edit saved successfully.

Different users see different totals

Compare role, business, hierarchy, record scope and filters. Restricted data is intentionally omitted rather than disclosed through analytics.

The export is unavailable

Check the report’s available control and your access. Do not request an unrestricted export to bypass permissions.
