Where to get credentials
- Open Meta for Developers and select your WhatsApp app.
- Find the WhatsApp Business Account ID and Phone Number ID in WhatsApp API setup.
- Use the RevenueLancer callback URL and verify token in webhook configuration.
How to connect
- Open RevenueLancer integrations and choose WhatsApp.
- Save the WhatsApp Business Account ID and Phone Number ID.
- Copy the callback URL and verify token into Meta webhook settings.
- Subscribe to the supported message events.
How to test
- Verify the webhook inside Meta.
- Send a supported inbound test message.
- Review recent safe event summaries in RevenueLancer.
- Confirm the lead or note appears in the business account.
Common errors
- Webhook verification failed: confirm the verify token matches the value saved in RevenueLancer.
- Phone number ID missing: copy the exact ID from Meta WhatsApp settings.
- No inbound lead created: confirm the integration is enabled and the request is a supported inbound text message.
- Outbound message expected: outbound WhatsApp sending is not enabled in this guide.
